Food/nutrition consultation & education

Go to the Health & Wellness homepage

The fast pace of student life and quick access to fast food on campus can make it challenging for you to maintain healthy eating habits. Our dietitians can provide the information and support you need to eat well and stay healthy.

Canada’s Food Guide provides general guidelines for healthy eating that you can tailor to your individual needs. The Dietitians of Canada website provides reliable nutrition information.

Disordered eating care, consultation and education

If you are concerned about your eating behaviour, or if you have questions about a healthy weight, you may want to speak to one of our health professionals who may refer you to a dietitian for additional nutrition consultation.
