Submit a communications request

Student Life staff may place work requests through inMotion Ignite, a workflow management system used to streamline to work of the Communications Team. InMotion Ignite provides an online request system, project management and a review environment, where you will be able to review all of your materials and provide feedback online. Completing a request form ensures we have all of the information we need to process your project and that we can do so in a timely manner and priority sequence.

In order to use the system you will need a login and password. If you need to set up an account, please contact Tricia Kenderdine at t.kenderdine@utoronto.ca.

How to create your request:

  1. Login to InMotion Ignite.
  2. To begin a new request, select the Requests icon from the global navigation menu. Click Add Request in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. You will be asked to create a Request Name – this is the name of your project. Please be as specific as possible.
  4. Select your form and package from the drop down list. Download and read the Communications Instruction Guide (PDF) to determine the correct form and package for your request – Promotions Blue Package, Promotions Orange package, Promotions Purple or Teal package, Collateral or Website. Note that website updates related to promotional requests can be done on the Promotions request form and do not require a separate request.
