Most services at Health & Wellness are covered by your provincial health card or UHIP (for international and exchange students). You will be responsible to pay for certain services not covered by OHIP or UHIP, such as travel advice and third-party requests (such as placement physicals or certificate of health for employment).
All fees and prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date information, errors may occur.
Allergy Care
Health and wellness can administer allergy shots at no cost. Students will need to acquire and purchase their medications and bring them to their appointment at Health & Wellness. The medications themselves are not typically covered by OHIP, UHIP or provincial health plans and will have associated costs.
Authorized Release of Medical Records
Health and Wellness can release your medical records to another health care provider only with your express consent. There are fees for preparing and mailing the medical records.

Disability Documentation

Immunizations
Health & Wellness can provide and administer certain immunizations. However, not all immunizations are covered by OHIP, UHIP or provincial health plans, and for that reason have a cost associated with them.

Only medically necessary TB skin tests are covered under OHIP, UHIP and provincial health plans. You can request a TB skin test that is not medically necessary, but there are costs associated with it due to the lack of coverage.
Non-school related TB testing, for example, work, volunteering, third-party requests:
- $40 for each step

There are no associated fees for school-mandated TB testing (for professional program, for example, Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, or school-related placement): You must provide supporting documents, for example, official letter on department letterhead, otherwise you will be charged the fee(s) for non-school-related TB Testing (as noted earlier).
