If you have urgent physical health concerns, you can make an appointment with the same-day medical clinic at the Health & Wellness Centre. If you call the medical clinic in the morning, you may be able to see a family doctor later that day.
The clinic is staffed by family doctors who support students’ health concerns that need to be addressed quickly. Appointments focus on your immediate health needs, which can include fever, injury, abdominal pain, infections including urinary tract infections, urgent STI concerns, headaches, cough, ear & eye concerns, and other physical health concerns.
Please note, the same-day clinic is not set up to provide non-urgent medical services, such as forms completion, release of medical records and periodic health visits. You can book an appointment with your family doctor at Health & Wellness to receive these and other services.
The same-day medical clinic does not provide mental health care. Book a same-day counselling appointment for mental health care.
