Make an appointment
- to discuss requests to update your medical documentation
- to discuss services
- to discuss completing the Bursary for Students with Disabilities (BSWD) application form
- to discuss changes to your academic accommodations
- to discuss reducing your course load
- to discuss the impact of your disability on your academic work
- to discuss referrals for assessments
Visit during your accessibility advisor’s drop-in times
- to get signatures on forms or sign forms
- to submit updated documentation
- to problem solve time-sensitive issues (test and exam accommodations, extensions, petitions or other issues)
- to request clarification about academic accommodations, processes and policies
- to pick up letters, forms and information about events and resources
- to discuss referrals to see a learning strategist, the adaptive technologist or a tutor
