The Mindful Moments program has a diverse team of instructors. Each instructor’s class is shaped by their unique academic and personal experience with mindfulness.
Sessions are available Monday through Friday at various campus locations. Visit the CLNx Mindful Moments event calendar for dates and times.
All sessions are appropriate for beginners and more advanced participants.
All meditation sessions are facilitated from a secular perspective unless designated spiritual. In every instance, however, we acknowledge that meditation emerged from Buddhism, Hinduism and a variety of other spiritual traditions.
