Book an appointment with your accessibility advisor

When you’re registered with Accessibility Services, you can book an in-person, phone or virtual appointment with your accessibility advisor.

To book an appointment, you can either:

  • Visit the Accessibility Services Reception at 455 Spadina Avenue, 4th floor, Suite 400
  • Call 416-978-8060
  • Email the administrative team at accessibility.services@utoronto.ca

Please indicate your preference for an in-person, phone or virtual appointment.

For virtual appointments, Microsoft Teams audio/video conferencing is used. Microsoft Teams is part of your U of T Office 365 package and offers an audio/video conferencing platform for students, staff and faculty with a valid utoronto.ca email address. Read our Microsoft Teams Instructions (PDF) for more information. Contact our administrative team if you have questions about meeting virtually.

Visit When to connect with Accessibility Services staff if you need help deciding when to reach out and who to connect with.

Occasionally, based on caseload numbers, staffing or the personal circumstances of your advisor (e.g. maternity leave, promotion to a new role in another office, retirement), your accessibility advisor may change throughout the year or the duration of your degree. We aim to provide you with as much communication and transparency as possible when this happens.

Accessibility Services is committed to supporting a culture of respect and well-being.
Review our guidelines on interacting respectfully with our staff.
