Do these thoughts play in your head from time to time? It is very common among post-secondary students to sometimes feel like an imposter. Learn more about this phenomenon and how to manage these thoughts and feelings with less distress.

How The Program Works
Clinicians host 1.5-hour virtual workshops on a monthly basis. Sessions are offered through Zoom.
