How The Program Works
Every Wednesday in June from 12 – 1 p.m., the Interfaith Meditation Series will focus on a specific meditation tradition.
- June 3: Stoicism
- June 10: Hinduism
- June 17: Sufism
- June 24: Buddhism
A facilitator will guide you through a meditation practice and answer any questions you may have.
This program is delivered online via Zoom. A link will be emailed to registered students.
Participants are eligible for CCR recognition after attending 3 sessions and submitting a reflection.
