This bi-weekly virtual series explores the cultural and spiritual history of meditation in spiritual traditions originating in India.
Each session will include opportunities to experience gentle asana (movement/postures), pranayama (breath work) and mantra (chanting) in order to facilitate the meditative experience.
Your facilitator, Anita Balakrishna, will focus on a particular aspect of the Yoga Sutra and/or Bhagavad Gita text and how this aspect connects to the experience of meditation.
