The Interfaith Meditation Series features monthly workshops dedicated to meditation practices from a wide variety of contemplative traditions. Students of all backgrounds are invited to join together and learn about knowledge and wisdom traditions through a global spiritual lens.
This year’s meditations will include:
- Buddhist Meditation: Vipassana/Insight Meditation
- Labyrinth Walking
- Drum Circle
- Mindful Movement
- Imaginative Contemplation
These interactive sessions involve a lesson, facilitated practice and question & answer period.
This program is CCR eligible after attending four sessions.
