Identify, Assist, Refer+ (IAR+)

Identify, Assist, Refer+ (IAR+) is a companion workshop to Identify, Assist, Refer (IAR) online training where you practice supporting individuals with mental health challenges through tailored case studies, boundary activities and role-play. The curriculum and concepts used in IAR+ are consistent with those taught in IAR and explore them at a more in-depth level. The workshop enables you to apply IAR skills to your unique context using tailored, interactive activities.

This 2-hour training is offered upon request to participants who have already completed the IAR online training.

IAR was developed in response to the University of Toronto Student Mental Health Strategy and Framework.
