Mindfulness, yoga & well-being
Our dynamic team of staff and facilitators are excited to bring mindfulness, yoga and wellbeing to faculty, staff and students. Workshops can be arranged by request on a variety of topics for classrooms, staff meetings, lunch and learns and student organizations. See the list of available workshops with descriptions below. Occasionally, custom workshops are possible.
This short presentation is ideal for faculty or staff looking to introduce their students to self-care programs and strategies to support emotional, physical, spiritual and social wellbeing. It can be delivered in your classroom, at your staff meeting or other similar settings.

This interactive workshop combines a lesson, practice, group discussion and Q&A. It is a great way to introduce your students to the foundations of the what, how and why of mindfulness meditation.

Our fabulous team of facilitators are happy to bring their passion for wellbeing to your audience. Sessions are beginner-friendly and led by qualified, experienced instructors.

Self-care isn’t a set of guidelines from experts; it’s a personal recipe that we each create for ourselves by trying new things and reflecting on their merit for us personally. This workshop will provide some helpful definitions and introduce micro practices that can support your wellbeing and take less than 10 minutes a day. By the end of this workshop, you will be moving closer to figuring out your own wellness recipe!

Mindful eating is a simple technique that can be integrated into your daily life as a way to be mindful when time is limited. It is a beautiful practice that connects us to the earth and others through cultivating gratitude.
If offering this workshop in person, the host will be required to organize some type of food (often a choice of raisins or chocolate) for participants to use. If the workshop is virtual, participants will need to be instructed to have a small amount of food ready to eat during the workshop.

Life is full of big questions and a lot of them come up during university years. It may feel like having an existential crisis, contemplating some of life’s big questions like:
- What matters most to me?
- What am I good at?
- What do I want to do when I grow up?
- Why am I at university?
- What kind of person do I want to become?
- What sort of world do I want to help create?
This interactive workshop aims to unpack these questions and ideas through lessons, activities and discussion.

In this strength building workshop we will look at burnout through the experiences of undergraduate students. You’ll learn ways to detect burnout, avoid burnout and how to bounce back if you think you may be burning out.
