Hack perfectionism to boost success. If you set unrealistic expectations for yourself, judge yourself harshly and your accomplishments never seem good enough, perfectionism might be holding you back and leading to burnout, depression and anxiety.
This workshop asks you to examine: What if you take more meaningful risks? What if you give yourself a sense of validation and achievement? What if you can start and submit that paper on time?
By helping you remove barriers to academic and personal success, this psycho-educational workshop will empower you to:
- Better understand how perfectionism keeps your goals out of reach.
- Identify thoughts and behaviours related to perfectionism and learn tools to overcome them.
Sessions are offered through Zoom.
