University Family Housing

For on-campus living, University Family Housing has apartment buildings at 30 and 35 Charles Street West and units at Huron-Sussex on the St. George campus.
UTM Family Housing also offers townhouses for students with families on the Mississauga campus.
To apply, login to the StarRez Portal and complete the application for students with families.
Due to the extensive waitlist for student family housing, you should complete an application as soon as you have applied to U of T. You do not need to have been offered admission to U of T to apply for student family housing.
Note that the residence guarantee does not apply to University Family Housing.
