Each residence has its own unique accommodation styles and options. Residence and meal plan fees vary at each residence based on room type and meal plan choice. These residence fees are for the full 2025-26 academic year payable per student, from September through April, as specified in each residence’s occupancy agreement.

Note: Due to a high demand for on-campus housing, the University has secured additional spaces at The Ivy, a through contracted third-party student residence building near campus for 2024-25 and 2025-26.

The Ivy Residences: $24,500 (10-month occupancy from Sept 2025 – Jun 2026)

Meal Plans:

The Ivy has full kitchens and meal plans are not required. Optional meal plans are available on campus through U of T Food Services.
