As a faculty or staff member at U of T, you have the opportunity to get the not-for-credit activities you offer CCR-recognized! These activities include, but are not limited to volunteer roles, committee membership, conference organizers/attendees, and skill-building workshops.
To be eligible for CCR recognition, an activity must:
- Be affiliated with the University of Toronto
- Include a clear validation process
- Support intentional learning outcomes or skill development
- Encourage active student engagement
APPLICATION PROCESS:
To get a staff or faculty opportunity CCR-recognized, log into your staff account on Folio and select “Submit CCR Activity.”
Your application is first reviewed by your local unit lead, then by the CCR team.
Once approved, the activity is published on Folio. You may then promote the opportunity using official CCR logos
Validation Process:
Once an activity is approved and listed on Folio, student participation can be validated.
Log into your staff/Faculty account on Folio, click “Submit CCR Validations”, and submit student validations.
Check the status of your form submissions in Folio under Dashboard → Form Submissions.
The CCR Office reviews your submissions and updates student records.

Activity Update
To update a CCR-recognized activity, log into your staff/Faculty Folio account and select “Submit CCR Activity.”
If the activity is no longer offered, email the CCR team to have it removed.
