Accommodations renewal

May 1, 2024 is an important date

Starting May 1, students currently registered with our office will receive an email from Accessibility Services outlining the process of reactivation that is available to them for the upcoming academic year 2024-2025.

Some students with current documentation regarding their disability, and where no changes in accommodations needs are anticipated by the student and/or accessibility advisor, will be able to renew their accommodations electronically through an individualized email. If this is the case, students will receive an email sent to their U of T email on how to electronically renew their accommodations.

Some students may require updated documentation or need to speak with their advisor to renew. Students will receive an email if this is the case. If updated documentation is required or if you would like to discuss possible changes to accommodations, students will need to book an appointment to speak with their accessibility advisor by calling our front desk at 416-978-8060 or emailing us at accessibility.services@utoronto.ca.
