Learn about what trauma is, how commonly it occurs and how it impacts a person’s physical and mental well-being.
Trauma 101 is an educational workshop to help students:
- Gain a foundational understanding of trauma, including the prevalence and impact.
- Recognize when trauma has occurred.
- Understand that recovery from trauma is possible.
*Please note that this is not a treatment group for people who have experienced trauma.

How The Program Works
Clinicians host a 1.5 hour workshop, either online through Zoom or in person at 700 Bay St, 12th Floor.
