Mino Bimaadiziwin Sharing Circle: A trauma-informed drop-in onsite sharing circle for First Nations, Métis and Inuit students. Discuss coping skills, balance, wellbeing and living a good life. Each week the group follows the four directions of the Medicine Wheel, focusing on its teaching around spiritual, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. We invite First Nations, Métis and Inuit students to come and connect with community.

How The Program Works
The Mino Bimaadiziwin Sharing Circle meets in First Nations House. Interested participants are encouraged to register and sign up through the CLNx event links under Program Registration to guarantee their spot. There are only 15 spaces available. Drop-ins at the times below are also welcome.
