What if, when struggling, your instinct was to motivate yourself through encouragement rather than self-criticism?
This workshop supports students who notice they can be their own harshest critic. Learn about the theory and research supporting self-compassion.
- Reduce self-criticism.
- Respond to feelings of failure or inadequacy with self-kindness.
- Build resilience by developing self-compassionate strategies and behaviours.
Workshops will alternate between graduate or undergraduate students across all three campuses (St. George, Mississauga and Scarborough)
How The Program Works
Clinicians host 1.5 hour virtual workshops on a monthly basis. Sessions are offered through Zoom.
