Kisîwâtisôwin is a michif word that means kindness. Kisîwâtisôwin workshops offer support to self-identified Indigiqueers (Indigenous & 2SLGBTQ+ individuals) to deepen their relationship to self, community and creation.
This program is open to U of T undergraduate and graduate students who self-identify as both Indigenous and 2SLGBTQ+.
How The Program Works
Sessions are hosted by clinicians and SVPC partners on Blackboard Collaborate on a monthly basis.

- March 3 from 2 – 4 p.m. Kisîwâtisôwin: Mindfulness & Letting Go of Resistance
- April 7 from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. Kisîwâtisôwin: Self-Compassion & Shame
- May 5 from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. Kisîwâtisôwin: Self-Compassion & Anger
