Practice healing through yoga with an experienced instructor from a trauma-informed approach. A trauma-informed approach pays particular attention to how trauma is held in the body and explores how to move towards healing.
Our facilitator, Rose Mina Munjee, is a Registered Psychotherapist, Certified Therapeutic Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher (MBSR, MBCT, MSC, AMM Mind), and is completing a Master’s degree in Spiritual Care Buddhist Studies.

How The Program Works
Healing with Yoga is offered every third Wednesday of each month from 6 – 7 p.m.
You are welcome to attend any sessions, and are not required to attend all sessions. Feel free to drop in for as long or as little as you like.
