How The Program Works
Each session is led by a learning strategist and limited to a maximum of six participants. We ask that you register in advance on Clockwork to secure your spot. Please email us at as.learning@utoronto.ca if you need to cancel.
Topics
Creating Structure and Finding Focus
Are you experiencing challenges with focus and self-regulation? Connect with peers and learn practical strategies to find focus, manage tasks, budget time and build accountability.
Working Through Perfectionism
Is perfectionism making it challenging for you to start, complete or submit assignments? Practice strategies to help you set reasonable expectations, exercise self-compassion and clear assignments from your to-do list. Done is better than perfect! Note: The strategies covered in this session are similar to the ones in Submitting Written Assignments.
Building Motivation and Making Progress
Do you experience challenges with low motivation and procrastination? Learn strategies to build momentum and motivation through self-encouragement, goal setting, and time and task management.

Program Registration
Registration for each session opens on Monday the week before the session.
Register in advance on the Accessibility Services Online Student Services Portal to secure your spot. Use the “Group Coaching Registration” or the “Group Learning Strategy Registration” icon.
Registration is required to receive the link to join. You will receive a confirmation email and a Microsoft Teams invite the day before the session.
