Religious Diversity & Inclusivity Training workshops are an introduction to religious literacy and its role in higher education. We aim to build greater understanding of diversity on campus and create inclusive spaces.
Learning objectives:
- Explore current literature and practices regarding student diversity and religious literacy in post-secondary contexts.
- Reflect on our own professional practices and how we understand and connect student spirituality to student development and university experience.
- Through case studies and discussion, apply our learning and explore what it means to be an inclusive educator/administrator in relation to religious diversity and intersectional student identities.
