Program Eligibility
U of T undergraduate or graduate students from any college or faculty interested in building personal strengths and developing leadership skills. You must complete the StrengthsQuest© inventory (Explore Your Strengths or equivalent) before enrolling in the Build Your Strengths Program. -
How The Program Works
In the first of four interactive workshops, you will complete the 30-minute CliftonStrengths Assessment™ of personality from the perspective of Positive Psychology. This assessment has helped more than eight million people around the world discover their talents.
You will receive your personalized CliftonStrengths Report™ that lists your top five talent themes, along with action items for development and suggestions about how you can use your talents to achieve academic, career, and personal success.
This first workshop can be taken on it’s own or as a prerequisite to the remaining three workshops where you will further develop your strengths and apply them in a variety of leadership contexts.
To receive CCR recognition, you need to complete all four workshops and one reflection.
