How The Program Works
Student Engagement offers 5 workshops in Communication and Conflict Resolution. You can take the workshops in any order that you would like, however we encourage students to start at C&CR 1 – Conflict and Me as a jumping off point for future content.
Core workshops:
- C&CR 1 – Conflict & Me
- C&CR 2 – Interpersonal Conflict
- C&CR 3 – Group Conflict
- C&CR 4 – Conflict on Teams (workstyles)
- C&CR 5 – Self-awareness in Conflict
Note: There is a maximum capacity for workshops, so please attend all workshops that you sign up for to avoid taking spaces from other students. If there is low registration (less than 10 students), some workshops may be cancelled. You will be given at least 24-48 hours notice if this happens.
