I take full responsibility for overseeing the group's election, referenda or voting procedures as outlined in the group's constitution, by-laws and protocols. I take full responsibility for complete administration of the U of T Voting System as a tool once it is assigned by the Office of Student life. My UTORid is what is used to assign me to the system. I understand that the Office of Student Life is providing the U of T Voting System as a tool to be used by the choice of the group. The Office is responsible for the system, if and only if, technical errors occur within the system. I am solely responsible for the outcome of the results beyond this. I understand that the Office of Student Life will not stop nor interfere with elections or referenda. The Office of Student Life will only submit the results from the U of T Voting System to me, the CRO listed. I understand that the Office of Student Life is not responsible for any inappropriate use of the U of T Voting System if acted upon by any of the group's members, including myself, i.e. the CRO. I understand that any grievances on the election or referenda I, as CRO, administer using the U of T Voting System will be handled in accordance with the group's constitution and/or by-laws of the group. derstand that the use of the U of T Voting System is governed under the Policy on the Appropriate Use of Information and Communication Technology. I understand that the voting lists assigned to me will be as accurate as early as possible in each academic term. Typically these updates occur in September, January and May, respectively.
