Each residence has its own unique accommodation styles and options. Residence and meal plan fees vary at each residence based on room type and meal plan choice. These residence fees are for the full 2024-25 academic year, from September through April, as specified in each residence’s occupancy agreement.

Note: Due to a high demand for on-campus housing, the University has secured additional spaces through contracted third-party student residence buildings near campus for 2024-25.

HOEM: $19,980 (8-month occupancy from Sept 2024 – Apr 2025)

The Ivy Residences: $26,400 (12-month occupancy from Sept 2024 – Aug 2025)
