The U of T Residence Portal is the place to apply for on-campus residence and University Family Housing at all three U of T campuses.
 
U of T’s First Year Residence Guarantee 

Residence is guaranteed to full-time students entering their first year of a post-secondary program for the first time, provided they have indicated their interest in residence in the U of T Residence Portal by March 31 and have received and accepted an offer of admission by June 1.
