          If you have a concern about a student service located on the St. George Campus, your first step is to talk to the Director of the service.

          If your concern has not been resolved after taking this step, your second step should be to contact the Executive/Senior Director of the service.

Visit the Accessibility Services office located at 455 Spadina Avenue, 4th floor, Suite 400.

Elevator

To report any elevator issues, call 416-978-1488 or 416-978-0895 or email accessibility.services@utoronto.ca.

Check your U of T email for elevator service disruption notifications in the event of a planned disruption.

Accessible washrooms

All gender single-user washrooms and women’s washrooms are available on the east and west sides of the hallway.

Vision/Hearing, Auditory Discrimination Therapy (ADT)

  • Ceiling baffles/sound absorbers have been installed at the front desk/reception area for privacy and better sound clarity. They help reduce echo and prevent overhearing conversations.
  • Blue light cover/filter in the waiting area to help students with light sensitivity.
