Being a student can be hard on your body. You may be sitting for hours to study, hunched over your laptop and feeling neck and back pain.
In this workshop, you will learn tips and strategies for setting up your desk environment ergonomically and incorporating movement in your daily routine to prevent pain and injury.
All undergraduate and graduate U of T students, across all three campuses are welcome.
