This workshop supports students who notice they can be their own harshest critic. Learn about the theory and research supporting self-compassion.

Workshops will alternate between graduate or undergraduate students across all three campuses (St. George, Mississauga and Scarborough)

How The Program Works
Clinicians host 1.5 hour virtual workshops on a monthly basis. Sessions are offered through Zoom.
