First Nations House Firekeeper Training Program

Indigenous U of T students are invited to train to be a firekeeper.

Learn practical Firekeeping skills:

  • How to light, maintain and tend a fire.
  • Knowledge of Sacred medicines.
  • Fire extinguisher training.

Firekeeper Trainees may assist with our Monthly Full Moon Fires and for other events on campus.
