Building Positive Mental Health workshops teach you various strategies to promote positive mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Participants will learn coping strategies, share experiences and insights, and learn about additional mental health workshops and resources.

Program EligibilityUniversity of Toronto undergraduate and graduate students from all three campuses (St. George, Mississauga and Scarborough)
How The Program Works
Health Promotion Programs staff host workshops on Fridays from 12 – 1:30 p.m. EST, on a monthly basis. Sessions are offered through BlackBoard Collaborate.
By attending these online workshops, participants will:
- explore various coping strategies to maintain mental wellness
- engage in an online environment that connects participants and provides an opportunity to share
- learn about mental health workshops and resources available on- and off-campus within the current COVID-19 climate
- receive a a post-session worksheet so that students have ongoing access to the resources discussed
