Building Positive Mental Health workshops teach you various strategies to promote positive mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Participants will learn coping strategies, share experiences and insights, and learn about additional mental health workshops and resources.
By attending these online workshops, participants will:
- explore various coping strategies to maintain mental wellness
- engage in an online environment that connects participants and provides an opportunity to share
- learn about mental health workshops and resources available on- and off-campus within the current COVID-19 climate
- receive a a post-session worksheet so that students have ongoing access to the resources discussed

University of Toronto undergraduate and graduate students from all three campuses (St. George, Mississauga and Scarborough) -
How The Program Works
Health Promotion Programs staff host workshops on Fridays from 12 – 1:30 p.m. EST, on a monthly basis.
Sessions are offered through BlackBoard Collaborate.
