COVID-19 has us all on the ropes. However, with positive mental health in your corner, you’ll have the strategies you need to cope effectively. This workshop will also let you share experiences and insights and learn about additional mental health workshops and resources.
- Explore coping strategies to maintain mental wellness.
- Engage in an online environment to connect participants and provide an opportunity to share insights.
- Learn about mental health workshops and resources available on- and off-campus within the current COVID-19 climate.
- Receive a post-session worksheet with ongoing access to the resources discussed.

How The Program Works
Health Promotion Programs staff host workshops on Fridays from 12 – 1:30 p.m. EST on a monthly basis. Sessions are offered through BlackBoard Collaborate.
