- Reciprocity & Expectations: The first virtual group workshop discusses the importance of reciprocity and communicating expectations in a mentoring relationship.
- Goal Setting & Ending a Mentorship: The second virtual group workshop concentrates on exploring strategies to help mentees make the most of and feel comfortable in their experience.
This is a CCR eligible program.

What Students Are Saying
RATE
US2 votesI really enjoyed the discussion about the power dynamics inherent in mentorship relationships and how to navigate these. I had never thought about mentorship as being 2-way especially as a mentee.
Maximizing Mentorship Participant, Fall 2021
One highlight for me was when the facilitators share their own experiences about reciprocity in mentorship relationships. It made me understand why I need to share my goals openly with my mentor.
