Maximizing Mentorship

Maximizing Mentorship features three workshops that support students in building skills so they can benefit from the mentorship experience.

  • Defining Mentorship Roles: An individual, take-home training session focused on identifying the roles of mentors and mentees.
  • Reciprocity & Expectations: The first virtual group workshop discusses the importance of reciprocity and communicating expectations in a mentoring relationship.
  • Goal Setting & Ending a Mentorship: The second virtual group workshop concentrates on exploring strategies to help mentees make the most of and feel comfortable in their experience.

This is a CCR eligible program.
