Accessibility Services Information Sessions for Incoming and Newly Registered Students
These information sessions are designed to introduce students to Accessibility Services, accommodations and tips to prepare them for post-secondary learning. There are multiple sessions, with some programming days specifically designed with certain populations in mind. Live sessions are two hours in length.

Orientation
We offer a two-day Accessibility Services Orientation mid-August for undergraduate and graduate students. Orientation will provide a more in-depth overview of Accessibility Services, accommodations, and tips to prepare students for post-secondary learning, including an in-person campus tour, social opportunities, mock lectures, presentations from campus support services as well as lunch!

LD, ADHD and ASD Pre-Registration Information Sessions
Learn about documentation requirements and accommodations for students with Learning Disabilities (LD), ADHD and ASD at the University of Toronto, St. George Campus.
These online events are for all high school educators, guidance counsellors and community partners who work with students with disabilities, as well as prospective students, families and supporters looking to learn more about specific documentation requirements and accommodations. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from Accessibility Services staff and ask questions. These events will take place over Zoom. Attendees will receive the link to join after registering.
Preparing for University – A Workshop for Students Diagnosed with ASD & Their Supporters
This event is an opportunity to learn more about documentation requirements, accommodations, and resources for students with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) at the University of Toronto, St. George Campus. This event is for all high school educators/guidance counsellors and community partners who work with students diagnosed with ASD as well as prospective students, families and supporters looking to learn more about specific documentation requirements, accommodations, and resources. This event will be hybrid (simultaneously in person and online).
Transition Day
Transition Day is an opportunity to learn about starting university for students with disabilities. Join us to learn about academic accommodations and how they are implemented, the support services that are available to students, the assessment process and common transition challenges students face. Transition Day includes sessions for high school educators and community partners who work with students with disabilities.
Prospective and incoming students with disabilities and their families are eligible to attend. High school educators, guidance counsellors and community partners who support students with disabilities are also welcome.
Transition Day will involve an afternoon of informative sessions about registering with Accessibility Services, the transition to university and strategies in a hybrid learning environment. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from a student panel, accessibility advisors and learning strategists.
