Notice about LifeLabs results

We are currently experiencing issues with receiving some lab results from LifeLabs into our system. As a result, a small number of results may be delayed or may not have reached your clinician as expected.

If you have had lab work done at LifeLabs and have not heard about your results, especially if you were seen on or after March 3, please email our clinic at info.hwc@utoronto.ca to confirm that we have received your results.

Please note that we are only experiencing delayed results from LifeLabs. Lab results from Dynacare are unaffected.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your help in ensuring your results are reviewed promptly.
