Registration:

Historically this event has had high registration and attendance, often leading to long wait times. We appreciate you registering in advance so we can anticipate interest.

  • Entrance to the Career Fair is dependent on the building capacity at the time of entry and is on a first come first serve basis. 
  • There will be 5 entry times throughout the day and students and recent alumni, will have 45 minutes to explore the fair.
  • Please ensure to bring your student card for registration or student number if you do not have your T-Card.

Career Fair Morning Entry Times: 11:00 AM & 12:00 PM 

Lunch Break : 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (No entry during this time) 

Career Fair Afternoon Entry: 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM & 4:00PM

The U of T Career Fair is open to all students across U of T and recent alumni who graduated since June 2022!

U of T students and recent alumni will be invited into the Career Fair to meet with employers across 2 rooms.

The fair will include: 

  • Career Support Booth to help you tell your story and network with employers 
  • Indigenous Career Educator and Career Educator, Accessibility 
  • Alumni booth for recent alum to learn about exclusive perks and benefits

  • 20% of the organizations are non-profit, and 80% are for-profit companies.
  • Companies that will be at the U of T Career Fair range in size from less than 25 employees, 25-99, 100-500, and 500+.
  • The number of roles available through each organization ranges from 1-5 to over 20.
  • The range of companies that will be present want to hire different types of students, including undergraduates, graduate students (Masters, Ph.D., and Postdoctoral), and recent graduates (up to two years after graduation).

Itinerary:

10:00 AM | Small Group Guided Tour

This is intended for students and recent alumni experiencing systematic barriers in the labour market. This may include but is not limited to, Indigenous people, Black people, people who identify as 2SLGBTQ+, people with disabilities, and those whose participation would be hindered by noise, crowdedness, etc. 

Groups will meet at the Exam Centre promptly at 10am. Career staff will introduce you and a small group of attendees to the Career Fair before you independently explore employer booths to make the best of your fair experience. 

Registration for the small group guided tour is necessary. You must present your University of Toronto student or alumni card to access the Career Fair
