Feeling too busy to manage stress effectively as a university student? Come learn about the benefits of restorative breath; try new techniques for relaxation, such as reducing muscle tension; and learn new tips for taking time to pause and recharge.
There is an optional mindful exercise during the session that involves two small pieces of food. Consider bringing two raisins or small pieces of bread or fruit.
Recommended (but not required): Attend a Breathe Well workshop prior to a Sleep Well workshop.
Program EligibilityAll undergraduate and graduate students across all three campuses (St. George, Mississauga and Scarborough)
How The Program Works
Clinicians host 1.5-hour virtual workshops on a monthly basis from 1 – 2:30 p.m. EST. Sessions are offered through BlackBoard Collaborate.
