If you’re feeling too busy or stressed as a university student to sleep properly, join us at Sleep Well workshops to learn about what you can do to improve your sleep and feel more rested.
Recommended (but not required): Attend a Breathe Well workshop prior to a Sleep Well workshop.

Breathe Well workshops are running remotely on Blackboard Collaborate. Details of how to access the workshop will be sent to you with registration.
