5 Ways to Wellbeing (5W2W) is a tri-campus program that teaches participants how to apply five simple, evidence-based actions in a variety of ways to promote positive mental health and wellbeing while practicing physical distancing and managing new stressors related to COVID-19. This interactive session introduces a cluster of activities that promote resilience and reduce stress.

How The Program Works
Once registered on CLNx, you will receive a link to the video, a companion worksheet and a resource handout.
Faculties and departments can also request that a 5 Ways to Wellbeing (5W2W) session be organized for their students. These by-request, virtual sessions will be tailored to the audience. To organize a session for your students, please contact health.promotion@utoronto.ca.
