How The Program Works
Health Promotion Programs staff offer bi-weekly sessions on Wednesdays during lunch through BlackBoard Collaborate.
Complete a pre-session worksheet and attend the 1.5-hour workshop to learn how to apply five simple, evidence-based actions in a variety of ways to promote positive mental health and wellbeing. We share a post-session worksheet so that students have ongoing access to the resources discussed.
Faculties and departments can also request that a 5 Ways to Wellbeing (5W2W) session be organized for their students. These by-request, virtual sessions will be tailored to the audience. To organize a session for your students, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Register for the 5 Ways to Wellbeing Pocket Version any time between Wednesday, December 23 and Sunday, January 10. Once registered, you will receive a link to the video, a companion worksheet and a resource handout.
