Practicing Self Compassion to Transform Shame

In this workshop, we will unpack the emotion of shame and learn and practice elements of self compassion that can heal and transform feelings of shame. Students will have the opportunity to connect with peers through discussion as well as to reflect, visualize and learn concrete ways to practice self compassion.
