Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is the department of the Government of Canada which manages everything related to immigration, including your application. As an international student you should always follow the instructions found on the IRCC website. This is the primary source for information about applying for Canadian immigration documents. Any application you want to submit MUST be through this official government website.
We recommend that you keep up-to-date with any changes in regulations that may affect your status.

Applying for a study permit during COVID-19: IRCC continues to accept and process study permit applications during COVID-19. However, closures of some Visa Application Centres (VACs) and visa offices mean that applying in person or by mail may be impossible at this time. It also means that application processing times are likely to be extended. We strongly recommend you apply for a study permit online if you can, as soon as you have all the necessary documents prepared.
