Build coping skills
– I sometimes have trouble sleeping because I’m worried.

Feeling stressed and worried can be a normal response to the challenges of university life – in fact, you need stress to do your best work. But it’s important to learn how to manage those feelings and find balance with your academics and personal life. Ask for help early and often to get connected to your peers, develop coping skills and find the help you need to succeed.
