Being a residence don or resident assistant (RA) is a great way to build your leaderships skills and become a resource for your residence community.
Residence dons or RAs act as a resource and are responsible for community development, social/educational programming, crisis intervention, referrals, policy enforcement and the overall wellbeing of the residents.
The term for the 2020-21 residence donships is from August to April.
Opportunities for junior and senior residence donships are available at the St. George, UTM and UTSC residences as well as at Student Family Housing. The number of positions, eligibility, application processes, terms of engagement, provisions and responsibilities vary according to the specific college and campus.
Contact the college and/or campus of interest to make direct inquiries.
