What if, when struggling, your instinct was to motivate yourself through encouragement rather than self-criticism?
This workshop supports graduate students who notice they can be their own harshest critic. Learn about the theory and research supporting self-compassion.
- Reduce self-criticism.
- Respond to feelings of failure or inadequacy with self-kindness.
- Build resilience by developing self-compassionate strategies and behaviours.
University of Toronto graduate students across all three campuses (St. George, Mississauga and Scarborough)
