How The Program Works
Length of engagement: 30-40 hours total from October 2021 – April 2022
Community partner responsibilities: This is a project-based opportunity, so partners in this program can guide their student team through occasional meetings, but they need not supervise students directly. No formal grading or tracking hours required.
Range of projects students may support:
- Reviewing the scholarly and other literature on a particular research question and providing your organization with a summary
- Undertaking an element of evaluation strategies e.g. running surveys, focus groups or interviews on your behalf
- Completing an environmental scan and sharing the results in a report
- Developing materials e.g. text, info-graphics, creative output for programs or outreach
