Better Coping Skills workshops by the School of Graduate Studies (SGS) are designed for graduate students, to help you to develop coping skills so that you can better meet the demands of university, work and your personal life.
Workshop topics include:
- balanced thinking
- healthy behaviours
- managing emotions
- balanced living
Graduate students who have been screened or assessed by Health & Wellness, or following intake, are waiting for mental health treatment to start.
How The Program Works
Workshops run Tuesdays, 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- February 4: Balanced Thinking
- February 18: Behavioural Change
- March 3: Emotion Regulation
- March 17: Balanced Living
