All of us have 24-hours in a day. How can they be optimized? Time-related stress is a fact of life for undergraduates who want to be successful. Students who find ways to manage time effectively are more productive, gain a deeper understanding from their readings, are prepared for lectures, and have an easier time memorizing information, concentrating, and thinking critically. This interactive workshop helps you learn to reflect on your habits, focus on goals, think strategically about time, and avoid unproductive procrastination.
