Our Partnerships

One of the challenges of serving a large and decentralized campus such as U of T is finding effective ways to communicate with students. For this reason, the Office of Student Life is committed to collaborating with our communications partners across the University to develop communications projects that are meaningful to individual communities.

Some examples of current and past partners include:

  • The Faculty of Arts & Science (Arts & Science Student e-News)
  • The School of Graduate Studies (Gradschool e-News)
  • Human resources (ASKme campaign)
  • UTSC (Life @ U of T, St. George and Scarborough editions)
  • Admissions & Awards, Student Recruitment and UTM (Student Life Cycle websites: Discover, Apply, Start, Life and Graduation and Beyond)
  • Accessibility Services, the Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education, Faculty of Arts & Science and Centre for Taching Support and Innovation (UpbeaT student blog)
  • Equity Office (awareness and training for Accessibility and Communications Standards in compliance with AODA guidelines)

We also have several communication mediums that are produced centrally (e-newsletters, Zoom Media posters). You are invited to submit information about your service or event to any of these publications. For distribution dates and deadlines, please visit the Publications Schedules page.

If you have an existing e-newsletter or other communications medium, we are always looking for more opportunities to share content and cross-promote. Please contact Tricia Kenderdine at t.kenderdine@utoronto.ca.

If you have an idea for a new communications project that you would like to discuss, or if you would like to discuss partnering on an existing project, please contact Cheryl Ziegler at c.ziegler@utoronto.ca.
