An Inventory of Student Life Services

This exercise supports SERVICE content development (basic information and keyword/tag framework) for the new Student Life website. A similar form for PROGRAMS is also available.

A SERVICE is a short-term transactional effort that:

  • is experienced at the individual or small group level in an appointment and/or drop-in setting
  • depends on the advice/support/action of a helping professional
  • is experienced through an online tool i.e. Housing Finder, CLNx, Electronic Medical Records System, room booking, MYSSP etc
  • can be repeated or renewed i.e. renewing academic accommodations
